  • Date: August 30 & 31, 2025
  • Venue: R.K Convention Centre, ECR, Chennai.

⏰ Timing:

  • August 30: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • August 31: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Registration Opens: 8:00 AM on both days.

💡 Important Information:

  • Entry Fee:
    • People aged 11 and above (considered adults): ₹800 – they will attend the main conference sessions.
    • Kids aged 6-10 years: ₹500
    • Kids aged 3-10 years will be engaged separately with dedicated activities and supervision.
  • Meals:
    • Meals will be provided after the last session of the day.
    • Breakfast and dinner will not be provided – attendees are requested to make their own arrangements.
  • No Non-Veg Food:
    • Please do not bring non-vegetarian food into the facility.
  • No Live Streaming:
    • The event will not be streamed live.

📝 Registration Guidelines:

  • Registration will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis (not applicable for seating arrangements).
  • Seats are limited – registration will close once seats are full.
  • Accommodation is not provided at the conference venue or by the organisers. However, stay options have been shared on the registration page for your convenience (scroll down to view).
  • Kindly make your own arrangements, as accommodation is your personal responsibility.

  • Once registered, kindly check your email for a confirmation message with an attachment containing a Bar Code.

  • No refunds will be issued once the registration process is completed.
